Information processed by the app

Blue Hole may access videos, audio files, photos, and storage on your device when you choose files for processing or saving.

The app only accesses media selected by you or required to provide features such as:

• Selecting and processing videos
• Removing audio from videos
• Saving completed files to your gallery
• Playing and managing downloaded or processed media
• Downloading media from links submitted by the user

Submitted links and network information

When you submit a media URL, Blue Hole sends that URL to our processing server to retrieve available media information and complete the requested operation.

Our server provider may temporarily process technical information such as:

• Submitted media URLs
• IP address
• Request time
• Device or network information
• Technical error logs

This information is used to provide app functionality, maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical problems.

Media files

Videos selected for local editing are processed on your device unless a feature clearly requires online processing.

Blue Hole does not claim ownership of your media. Users must only process or download content they own or have permission to use.
